On January 6 Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) announced that it was raising £2 million at 2p from a Bahamas based fund. On January 30th it issued a ramptastic roadmap to drilling RNS and the shares rocketed. What more did oily spiv Jerry Keen and his colleagues at broker Shore Cap need to whir into action.

Shore Cap takeover of Stockdale shows what a joke valuation Finncap enjoys

With every other Nomad/broker in town having issued a profits warning in the past few months it is only a matter of time before FinnCrap (FCAP) has to 'fess up to. But quite amazingly the shares still trade at their IPO price of 28p valuing FinnCrap at £47 million which today’s ShoreCap (SGR) purchase of rival Stockdale shows to be a joke.

Sosandar – after the pump the dump and an old chestnut of an excuse

Broker Shore Cap insisted that shares in Sosandar (SOS) were worth 50p. Thirsty Paul Scott gushed about how they were potentially worth far more and after such massive pumping the stock hit the mid forties at which point it was valued at around thirty times historic sales. Insanity. And then the shares started sliding, falling from 44p at the start of this month to 36p yesterday. That must have been enough to turn anyone to drink. Whatever could have been happening… oh yes…

BREAKING: Eden Research Interims - the accounting rule breach to hide the fraud

Now Eden Research (EDEN) is forced to break accounting rules and lie in its interim results RNS to cover up the Terpenetech panama pump fraud. Will commission hungry Nomad and broker Shore Cap force a clarification or even do the decent thing and resign and turn whistleblower. Whaddya think with another bailout placing looming. Commission yum yum. back to the rule breach and the lie...

Sirius Minerals - the fun only beginning: Shore Cap note

If only to annoy Lucian Miers who must count his short of Sirius Minerals (SXX) and his betting on Crooked Hillary as among his two worst trades of 2016, I bring you the latest thoughts of broker Shore Cap. As ever all the usual disclaimers apply, that it is to say most brokers talk cock but maybe on this occassion Shore Cap does not. Over to the talkers of cock:

Sirius Minerals at 36.5p worth 60p says Broker Shore Cap

If only to tease my pal Lucian Miers who was short of Sirius Minerals (SXX) and cannot have prospered as a result I'm delighted to bring you the note published today after yesterday's interims. Shore is a corporate advisor to Sirius so the research cannot be considered utterly impartial but so far it is Shore Cap 5 Lucian Miers nil. Shore opines:

Sirius Minerals at 19p worth 50p says Shore cap - the broker note in full

Whether broker Shore cap is talking tummyrot or not is not the issue. We all know that most broker notes are toilet paper. But just to annoy my pal Lucian Miers who is short I feel the need to give this Sirius (SXX) report more publicity.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 30 March: Shame on Walbrook PR, Shore Cap, AIM and the fucking fraud Eden Research - I am livid

Eden Research (EDEN) has engaged in fraud for years. No-one seems to care. It has just raised £2.6 million today in a placing. It has spunked c£32 million in 16 years since launch. This cash will be spunked too. I explain why everyone knows Eden has committed fraud and why no-one seems to care. I am not sure I even care anymore so rigged and corrupt is the stinking cesspit that is AIM. Warning this podcast contains bad language.

Now you can co invest with institutions in ShoreCap, FinnCap, Arden placings - why not?

Now this is starting to get interesting. PrimaryBid which we have backed since its launch has now got three decent AIM brokers as investors and as of now when they do placings for clients, PerimaryBid customers will be able to participate. This means getting into GOOD placings from half decent brokers acting for decent companies and this is revolutionary. I am already signed up as a client, if you are not sign up - its free - now HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 24 Feb: Eden you are FRAUDS - please send me a lawyers letter

A challenge to Eden Research (EDEN) about its FRAUD - will it please send me a lawyers letter as I really want to see the bitchez in Court. Its PR man Queenie McManus smearing me is just so tedious. Man up Queenie and do the decent thing. I also suggest that Nomad Shore Cap thinks twice before assisting Eden with a bailout placing. In this podcast I also look at DDD Group (DDD), Ascent Resoures (AST), Auhua (ACE), ECR Minerals (ECR), Evocutis (EVO), Alba (ALBA) & Stellar Resources (STG)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 13 September: Greek Election, interest rates, and Hotel Corp - bad language warning

In today's podcast I look at the Greek Election next week. The voting is irrelevant, Angela Merkel will remain in charge whoever wins. Greece is still fucked and I explain why. Then it is onto interest rates in the US and UK - the FOMC meets on Thursday. Then asset bubbles and crowdfunding - an en passant mention for Vitesse Media. Finally to Hotel Corp (HCP) and the disgraceful smear compaihn by crony capitalist motherfucker Derek Short and Shore Cap against Marcus Yeoman. I have some bad news for Short & Shore Capital. Warning: this section contains some bad language.

New World Oil & Gas – Roland "Fatty" Cornish pins his colours to the mast of the sinking ship SS POS

After months of painstaking investigation by our very own Ben Turney, yesterday, New World Oil & Gas (NEW) finally fessed up that it had sent 1 million Euro to a fake Sheikh and will struggle to get it back, admitted that it was in dire financial straits and its broker Shore Cap quit. But it still has one good friend, Roland “Fatty” Cornish. of the fine firm Beaumont Cornish.

Sovereign Mines of Africa – when’s the cash call?

We have had the pump now when’s the dump – the placing of new shares ? It is now only a matter of time for AIM listed Sovereign Mines of Africa (SMA) which at 3.5p is valued at £8.3 million. The company is clearly sub scale as a gold explorer and its cash position is dire. Come on Sovereign – it’s time to fess up: how much will you be diluting shareholders to hell and when? I am sure that your slimeball broker Jerry Keen of Shore Cap is already on the case.
